Neil Ashford, Owner
Neil started Warmline Insulation Co. in 2011 after spending years watching Palmdale homeowners pay utility bills that made no sense for the size of their houses. He’s the one who answers the phone half the time, and he still walks attics on estimates because he says you can’t quote what you haven’t seen. His specialty is the diagnostic side, figuring out whether a home needs air sealing, insulation replacement, or a full home energy audit before anyone quotes a dollar figure. Ask him about the time he found a Palmdale attic with R-11 batts installed upside down in July. The homeowner’s AC had been running nonstop for three summers. Neil’s rule is simple: if it’s not done right, we make it right. That’s the 90-Day Done Right Promise, and it’s in writing.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Warmline for nine years and leads most of the spray foam and blown-in insulation jobs across the Antelope Valley. He’s certified on closed-cell and open-cell applications, and he’s the guy we send when a homeowner wants to know why their upstairs bedrooms run ten degrees hotter than the living room. Before insulation, Marcus framed houses, so he understands how wall cavities and attic trusses actually behave, not just what the product label says. He’s got two dogs, coaches his daughter’s soccer team in Lancaster, and will absolutely tell you if your crawl space smells worse than any he’s seen that month. He’s usually right.
Rosa L., Senior Installer, Crawl Spaces & Vapor Barriers
Rosa runs our crawl space encapsulation and vapor barrier work, which is the job nobody else on the crew volunteers for. She’s spent seven years in Palmdale crawl spaces, and she’s precise about moisture readings before and after every install. Rosa is our lead on rodent proofing and attic cleaning too. She’s the person who’ll show you photos of exactly what she found under your house and explain what needs to happen in plain English. She keeps a running list of the strangest things she’s pulled out of crawl spaces. A cast iron skillet. A box of unopened VHS tapes. A snake that was, thankfully, no longer alive. She’ll tell you the stories if you ask, but only after the job’s done.
Danny R., Service Coordinator & Apprentice Installer
Danny is the voice on the other end of the phone most days, which means a live person answers your call around the clock, never a voicemail. He started as an apprentice installer four years ago and now splits his time between the office and the field, which means when he schedules your estimate, he actually understands what the job involves. Danny is currently completing his building performance training and shadows Marcus on spray foam jobs when the schedule allows. He’s the youngest on the crew and the only one who thinks attics in August are “not that bad.” We’re working on that.
